My plans for the group have been limited by the availability of features that it has at the moment. As a group, we can change this by donating points to it.

Did you know that as of today, the group would only need 20 points for every member or 18 points for every watcher that it has.

Please be generous as it would mean big things for devArchitect and would see much more enjoyable features become available to it's members.

My apologies to anyone who has tried to submit over the last couple of days. The new folders were closed to anyone wishing to submit deviations until I had gone through the settings to sort out the permissions again.

While the new submission rules are in action, I am yet to put these on the page so please bare with me until I get that done.

Hi Everybody,

I apologise for the prolonged hiatus as founder. I had been heavily involved in things outside of deviantART which has meant any work on this group ended up on a backburner. It's sad to see that !RAIN-s is no longer with us as he made a massive contribution to this group.

I need to admit that the group when I started it hadn't quite taken the shape I had envisioned it to and I have revisited the drawing board. There are some major changes underway right now to improve the quality of this group. Such changes include:

Restructure of the groups gallery to make it clearer for members and visitors.
Addition of a Monthly Feature which showcase the best submission of the month.
Monthly "Moment of Thought" feature that will be written from myself on architecture news.
Recruitment of members that can offer tutorials.

The quality of deviation submissions will be on the increase and as hard as it was to do there have been some existing deviations dropped from the gallery. I have done this to improve the group's image as a professional architecture group. I do, however, encourage members to have a look through the gallery to see if I have wrongly dropped their work. Also, please familiarise yourself with the new gallery structure. I hope it is much clearer and logical.

Please do not be disheartened if these changes have had a negative impact on your contributions. I will try to make this group friendly to everyone.

Also, during my hiatus, there were many submissions that expired. Please do resubmit them. I promise now that I will managing this group on a daily basis.
